For my first post, I thought I'd share a bit about myself beyond the "about us" section. The SH in my name stands for Siu Hang, which is my given Chinese name, though I have gone by Jana for most of my life. Outside of law, I am passionate about animal rescue and my husband and I are hopelessly in love with our two rescue dogs, Luigi (corgi-x) and Lia (husky-x). I am also a fervent fiction reader, favourite authors include (in no particular order): James Rollins, Carol Shields, Anne Rice, Margaret Atwood, Christopher Moore, Rohinton Mistry, Wilbur Smith, Yaas Gyasi, Liane Moriarty, Jussi Adler-Olsen, and Rainbow Rowell.
